Fibonacci Designs’s unlimited graphic design service includes unlimited requests and unlimited revisions. So you can make as many requests as you wish, and we’ll work through them as quickly as we can depending upon the workload. Unlimited graphic design means you don't have to pay hourly or per project but at a flat rate.

With FD’s Basic plan, you can have 1 live request at one time, while with the Pro plan, you can have up to 3 live requests at a time. With the All-inclusive creative powerhouse plan, you get unlimited live requests. 

Our turnaround times depend on the plan you choose. In the Basic plan, you might expect a turnaround time of 24-48 hours for non-complex tasks. With the Pro plan, we try to deliver non-complex tasks in 24 hours. With the All-Inclusive Creative Powerhouse plan, you get non-complex tasks delivered within 12-24 hours.

If you want to increase your daily design output, you can upgrade from the plan you are currently on or choose to have more than one subscription.

By default, your requests will be completed in the order you submit them aka FIFO approach. First In First Out. But if you ever need to change the order, or prioritize a certain task, or tasks, you can do so by letting your designer know.

The number of brands you can submit requests for also depends on the plan you choose. With the basic plan, you can submit requests for only one brand. With the Pro plan, you can submit requests for 2 sub brands. With the All-Inclusive Creative Powerhouse plan, you can submit requests for unlimited sub brands.

At Fibonacci Designs, we rely on our quality to keep you, not small print. If, for any reason, you feel that FD is not the right fit for you or your business, you can cancel your subscription within 7 days from the date of subscription for a full refund, no questions asked. To initiate your cancellation and refund request, just email at fd@fibonacciagency.com and we’ll initiate your refund. 

After the 7-day satisfaction period, you can still cancel anytime but no refund shall be generated.

We use Stripe to process our orders. As per Stripe’s Refund Policy, they submit refund requests to your bank or card issuer. You will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. Refunds can’t be canceled after they’re issued. Disputes and chargebacks aren’t possible on credit card charges that are fully refunded.

Some refunds—those issued shortly after the original charge—appear in the form of a reversal instead of a refund. In the case of a reversal, the original charge drops off your statement, and a separate credit isn’t issued.

We understand that your workflow will change from time to time. For this reason, you can cancel your subscription anytime. However, we do not provide refunds due to inactivity.

All our plans have a 30-day cycle for billing. You will be billed on a recurring basis each month, on the same day that your full subscription began. The transaction will reflect under “Fibonacci Agency LLC” in your billing statement.

Fibonacci Designs doesn’t fulfill the following types of requests.

• Programming, Coding & Development

• Copywriting, ad copy or making text based changes.

• Proofreading and editing 

• HTML5, CSS

• Marketing Strategy

• Photography

• Storyboarding

• Video Shoots

• Transcribing Videos

• Whiteboard Videos

• Translation 

• Extremely complex or fine art illustrations

• Complex photo manipulation

• Digital painting and game assets

• File formats outside of our supported file types

• Trademarked names, brands, or quotes

• Inappropriate requests that are sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive

• Any other request which is outside the scope of graphic designs.

Absolutely. For example, if you have two Basic subscriptions, you’ll get twice the output. You can have up to 2 live requests at any given time. If you combine a Basic subscription with a Pro one, you’ll be able to have up to 4 live requests at any given time. With the All-Inclusive Creative Powerhouse plan, you get unlimited live requests at a time.

If a request is especially time-sensitive, you can indicate this when submitting your request details. We’ll do our best to bump it up in the queue and advise you of the delivery time.

Once you accept an invitation to your dedicated Asana project, you can request a design by going to the Create New Task column. In the task description is a form called “New Task”. You can fill this form to request a design. The form is also visible to you in the Overview tab, under Key Resources.
